I wholeheartedly believe that therapy is a collaborative process that can be profoundly transformative. It’s a process built on trust, reciprocity, and compassion where you are the expert in your life, and I am here to join you for a sliver of your journey. I believe that as a helping professional it is critical to live out my values both professionally and personally, and my commitment to each person I support is to show up authentically, with curiosity, compassion, and a strong ethical foundation. I welcome working with all humans and embrace diversity as an ally for all those who are struggling to find their voice.

I am dedicated to building strong therapeutic relationships with my clients to navigate building self-compassion as they transform their relationship with painful emotions, experiences, and unhelpful thinking patterns. I will work with you to understand the impact of trauma, mental health, and emotional dysregulation while supporting you in developing healthy coping tools. I focus my practice on supporting challenges such as trauma, addiction, oppression, intergenerational trauma, emotional regulation, self-worth, body image, relationship and communication challenges, grief and loss, sexuality, anxiety, and depression.

I embody a practice founded on an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed worldview with a client-centered and humanistic approach to treatment. What that means is that you will get to drive the bus, and I will meet you where you are at. I will let you lead the way in trust and encourage you with kindness. It also means that we are working together as collaborative equals rather than power over. We will work together to develop a unique treatment plan based on your hopes and goals for our time, and each between session activity will be tailored to your needs to facilitate your growth, authenticity, and empowerment. My hope is that everyone I work with will carry the tools, skills, and insights in to your life with a sense of confidence long after our time together.
